Rolando came to firearms instruction the way the best instructors usually do — through a career where the stakes were real. His law enforcement background shapes how he teaches: safety is not negotiable, fundamentals come before flourish, and every drill has to answer the question what does this do for you when it actually matters?

He founded 360 Tactical, LLC to bring that standard to civilians. The school's mission statement is direct about why: "When danger is near, and the police is minutes away, you are the first line of defense."

Around South Florida he is better known simply as Deputy Roly.

Three things run through every class he teaches.

Safety is the entire foundation

Not a preamble to get through before the fun part. Muzzle discipline and trigger discipline are enforced constantly, at every level, and a student who cannot follow the safety rules does not stay on the line. This is non-negotiable and it is why parents comfortably send their kids and why nervous first-timers relax within an hour.

Fundamentals before speed

Accuracy first. Speed is a byproduct of eliminating wasted motion, not something you chase directly. Advanced students frequently spend the first portion of a class unlearning habits they built rushing.

Training should be realistic — and fun

People do not return to training they dread, and people who do not train are not prepared. Classes are demanding but the atmosphere is welcoming. The stated goal on the range is for students to have fun while training safely.
